I’m in beautiful St. George, Utah this week, shooting for the Red Mountain Resort & Spa! I have to admit, before this trip I had never heard of this town. But after spending a few days at this resort, I can see why people love it here – hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, yoga and pilates, not to mention great food!
