Grammy Awards 2013 Best Dressed

The Grammy Award’s red carpet is known for its daring, sexy and statement making outfits.  And this year, no wardrobe memo was going to stop the biggest stars of music to step out in their own signature style.  Here is my best dressed list from Sunday’s Grammys:

Taylor Swift never looked so grown up! Her white, J. Mendel column was elegant and timeless. The metallic detailing added an unexpected twist to the traditional goddess gown, while her braided updo was a beautiful choice to show off the sexy open back of the dress.

Rihanna was absolutely stunning in a bold red chiffon gown by Azzedine Alaia. Her wavy, ombre hairstyle, Neil Lane jewels and crimson lips were the perfect complements to her show stopping look!

Carrie Underwood was a picture of Old Hollywood perfection in a black strapless Roberto Cavalli gown with sequin embellishments.  The country crooner topped of her ensemble with a dazzling, 381 carat Johnathon Arndt necklace worth $31 million!

Solange Knowles stepped out on the red carpet in a shimmering green cap sleeve gown by Ralph & Russo.  Her thigh high slit and neon studded pumps were both sexy and fun, the best combination for music’s biggest night!

Florence Welch rocked her emerald green Givenchy ensemble from head to toe!  Her custom made long sleeve gown featured spikes on the bodice, while her matching clutch and strappy sandals completed her ravishing look.  Nobody could pull this off better than Florence!
